All guests are required to provide a valid passport or a current Australian driver’s licence on arrival. Proof of Age cards and other forms of ID are not accepted.
All guests are required to provide a valid credit card on arrival which needs to be in your own name.
Check-in time is 1 pm and free luggage storage is available for early arrivals.
Check out time is 10 am and we provide free luggage storage on the day of check out until 8 pm.
No BYO alcohol is allowed in the hostel. We have a sweet bar and cafe open 7 days serving up great snacks and cheap drinks. Show you room card and receive 20% off all drinks!
Any guests under the age of 18 years need to be accompanied by their legal guardian and be in a Private Chambers.
A one-night cancellation fee applies to any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or if you do not arrive at all.
Bookings for groups of 10 or more need to be booked through the hostel manager. Please be aware, different rates and conditions will apply for groups.
